Max will return as a guest speaker at the next Diversita Community Meet-Up on 24th June, continuing his support for Diversita and its mission to champion Neurodiversity, inclusion, and belonging.
The online event will once again bring together Neurodivergent individuals, professionals, employers, educators, and allies for an evening of meaningful discussion, shared experiences, and practical conversations focused on creating more inclusive communities and workplaces.
During the session, Max will draw upon his experiences as an Autism Advocate, TEDx speaker, filmmaker, educator, and IT Network Manager to share his personal journey of navigating education, employment, and everyday life as an autistic person.
His talk will explore the importance of recognising individual strengths, removing barriers, and creating environments where neurodivergent people can thrive.
Throughout his advocacy work, Max has remained committed to promoting greater understanding of Autism and wider Neurodiversity.
By sharing lived experience alongside practical insights, he continues to encourage organisations and communities to move beyond awareness and towards genuine acceptance, accessibility, and meaningful inclusion.
Diversita's Community Meet-Ups provide an inclusive space where attendees can connect, learn from one another, and exchange ideas that help drive positive change. Each event encourages open conversation and collaboration, helping to strengthen understanding of Neurodiversity across education, employment, and society.
Having supported Diversita over a number of years as a regular guest speaker, Max is looking forward to returning once again to contribute to another evening of engaging discussion and shared learning.
The online Community Meet-Up will take place on 24th June. To provide a safe and confidential environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their experiences, the event will not be recorded.
