Max was thanked by Dr Jon Reid on Linked In, Associate Professor and Head of the MA Education: SEND course at Oxford Brookes University, for delivering a powerful speech at the Relational Practice in Action event.


The event was hosted in association with the Oxford Brookes University Children and Young People Network Research Group and the Institute of Recovery from Childhood Trauma, as part of Neurodiversity Celebration Week.


Max, joined by fellow speaker Tier Blundell, shared lived experiences of navigating the education system as a Neurodivergent individual.


Their keynotes sparked meaningful reflection among attendees, including undergraduate and postgraduate students in Initial Teacher Education and the MA Education: SEND programme.
