"We can hardly believe it's already been one successful year since we launched! 🎉
At Diversita, we're thrilled to have accomplished so much in just one year.
We have made immense progress towards our mission of creating real change in the world of employment, making it more accessible and inclusive for neurodivergent individuals.
Over the past 12 months, we have:
📌 Worked with nearly 1000 ND job seekers, helping many of them to find employment.
📌 Worked with over 30 companies, educating them on the value of neurodiversity in the workplace and providing them with the resources and tools needed to create a more inclusive environment.
📌 Delivered over 50 ND awareness sessions, spreading the word about the important work we do and the value that neurodiversity brings to the workforce.
📌 Grown to a team of 7 amazing individuals.
📌 With an amazing group of mentors, we have helped over 15 mentees successfully navigate the job market and progress in their careers.
📌 Established multiple collaborative partnerships with schools and charities which has contributed positively to the ND community.
As we reflect on this milestone, we are filled with immense gratitude for our team, our supporters, and the community of ND individuals who inspire us every day.
In particular, we’d like to thank Marc Whitmore, Mollie Pittaway, Patrick Bevan and Elena Vidal for all the support they’ve shown us over the last year.
