Marc Crawly Promotes This Months Diversita Connect!

This week marks a major moment for Diversita Connect, the community platform created by Diversita to support neurodivergent job seekers and employees.

Max is pleased to be part of what is shaping up to be the busiest week yet on the platform, with multiple webinars, community sessions, and a masterclass taking place across the week — all focused on connection, learning, and practical support for the neurodivergent community.

On Wednesday 26th, Diversita Connect will host a webinar summarising the key learnings from Diversita’s recent Neurodiversity Recruitment Conference. The session will reflect on insights shared by speakers and attendees, highlighting approaches that can help improve inclusive recruitment and workplace practice.

Later that same day at 6pm, the platform will hold its monthly community meet-up. These sessions consistently provide a space for open discussion, shared experiences, and updates from community members. Importantly, this monthly meet-up is — and always will be — free and accessible to everyone.

The programme continues on Friday with a webinar exploring the evolving importance of language within the neurodivergent community, drawing on recent studies and emerging research to examine how language shapes understanding and inclusion.

Also on Friday at 6pm, a dedicated masterclass with Tania Martin will focus on practical tips and advice for navigating the festive season as a neurodivergent individual, offering timely support around wellbeing and self-advocacy.

Max views this week as a strong example of Diversita’s ongoing commitment to creating meaningful, community-led spaces. With such a wide range of sessions available, it represents the largest and most diverse schedule yet on Diversita Connect.
