Marc Crawley Highlights Max Green's Role as Diversita Ambassador

Diversita founder Marc Crawley has recognised the important contribution of Max J Green as one of the organisation's official ambassadors for 2026, reaffirming Diversita's commitment to ensuring neuro-inclusion is shaped by lived experience.

In a recent announcement, Marc explained that Diversita believes authentic Neuro-inclusion must be guided by people with real-world experience. As a family-owned consultancy, the organisation aims to provide businesses with expert advice that reflects the voices and experiences of the neurodivergent community.

As part of the announcement, Marc highlighted Max's achievements, describing him as a multi-award-winning Autism Ambassador, Public Speaker and IT professional who has worked in the technology sector since the age of 16.

He also recognised Max's achievements as a Diana Award recipient and Autism Leader of the Year, noting that his professional knowledge and lived experience will help shape Diversita's training services and ensure the Neurodivergent community is represented at the highest level.

Alongside Max, Robyn Bailey was introduced as Diversita Connect Ambassador, bringing her expertise in workplace wellbeing, coaching and ADHD awareness to help develop webinars, content and community engagement.

Max said he is proud to continue supporting Diversita as an ambassador and looks forward to working alongside the team to help organisations build more inclusive workplaces where Neurodivergent people are understood, valued and supported.

The announcement reflects Diversita's ongoing commitment to putting lived experience at the heart of its work, with ambassadors playing a key role in helping organisations move beyond awareness and towards meaningful, lasting Neuro-inclusion.
